Breakfast:

Protein Shake & banana

Lunch:

Protein Shake & yogurt

Dinner:

Protein shake & Boca Chicken sandwich

Fourth Meal:

Pan seared broccolini with mashed sweet potato & lentils

Snack:

Candy Bar

I had some calories left over at the end of my day, so I indulged a bit.
