
My next quest involves sharing a public food log.
To make things easier, I’m going to include my log from the previous day, so my first entry is for 10/22.
I’ve been eating a vegetarian diet, which my dietician approved of, but suggested I should try to eat more vegetables and get more protein. On her advice I’m addressing the protein issue with protein shakes. The vegetables are a bit harder, because I just really do not like them. I’m doing OK with adding some vegetables into my dinners, which I cook, but for the other meals, that I need to be stuff I don’t have to cook, it has been more challenging. I tried buying some bags of steamable frozen vegetables, but it’s like torture trying to eat them. So, for next week, I’m going to try making some vegetable based soups.
